  1. Knowledge of all Technologies involved. (How does it work)
  2. Knowledge of troubleshooting tools. (Ping, ipconfig, show ip route....)
  3. Good at troubleshooting. (Locating and correcting the fault in a logical way)

The evaluation of 6261 Fejlfinding I is passed/not passed.

You will be graded by the following criteria’s:

  1. Your knowledge of technologies involved. (The groups network setup)
  2. Knowledge of troubleshooting tools. (Multiple choice quiz Friday)
  3. Your individual troubleshooting exam (Thursday and/or Friday)

Each criteria counts for a third of the final grade. (Remember in elevplan] you will pass or fail the course.

  • Build a network minimum consisting of
    • 2 sites
    • Two servers
    • Two workstation - one at each site
    • Active directory
    • DHCP and DNS server
    • File server
  • Equipment minimum
    • Two Routers
    • Two Switches
    • Two physical servers
