Shouldn't the last example "DHCP Client and Server with NAT/PAT example and import" include the default gateway in the DHCP Pool?

New syntax for address range

ip dhcp pool HETH
 import all
 network 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0
 default-router 192.168.100.1
 class HETH-CLASS
  address range 192.168.100.100 192.168.100.199
