Calculate the speed of a microwave wave. The hotspots on the cheese is the peeks of the waves, so they should be half a wavelength apart.

Speed

To calculate the wavelength you need the following formula: λν=c where λ is the wavelength, ν is the frequency and c is the speed of light.
